– Simple is best. Check out www.simplyhired.com for an easy to use search engine that pulls results from the web. It is easy to control your search features with the left-hand menu. It’s a great place to start your search.
– LinkedIn has a great job-search feature that many people forget about. Just click on Jobs, and search by general key words or specific qualitifacations. You can see when a job was posted as well as by whom. Easily submit your resume and the hiring company can check out your Linked-In profile for more information as well.
– For non-profit job seekers, check out www.idealist.org. If you have a lot of experience, consider joining a Board of Directors. All types of jobs, for a variety of career levels are available on this site. It is easy to navigate, and has clear descriptions of jobs.
– Another great site for the non-profit world is Jobs for Change. You can browse by different categories if you aren’t sure where to begin. The site also posts useful articles about strengthening your hiring potential.
