The Alphanista Success Circle is a peer-mentoring experience with other like-minded, high achieving women for accountability and quantum leaps in your career and professional life. You activate new, long-term relationships, access ideas and support from others, and implement your goals step-by-step with progress you can feel, touch, and celebrate.
The Alphanista Success Circle is all about you, your goals, and where you see yourself at the end. There are 3 month [Summer] and 6 month circles. We get on a 45 minute strategy to call to create a roadmap you will work on in the program! You are not in this alone anymore. Here’s more:
(1) 45 minute strategy call with Maryann to define the goal or project you bring to the Circle
(2) Circle video sessions a month via Zoom from the comfort your home.
(2) 2 monthly check-ins between sessions with your peer partner for extra reflection, and support
Most importantly, your very own “mastermind” group to experiment, share your not-yet-ready ideas, and connect with other like-minded women and their expertise.
At the end of each circle we meet for a delicious brunch in a NYC, or a major city to celebrate our accomplishments. Ready to join? Here’s how it works:

How do we approve applications?
It’s important that we are a good fit for each other and that your background has some professional synergy with the group. I curate these groups by hand, and choose the best applicants to enhance and grow the group in an organic way. If you are not chosen, you will be added to a waitlist for a new circle that may best fit the Circle needs.

The Alphanista 90 Day Mentorship Program
This is an exclusive high-touch, one-on-one mentorship program that includes all the benefits of the above, but on a one-on-one basis. Most participants in the Success Circles have completed a mentorship. However, it is not required.
