For some reason my dreams(that I remembered and woke up from) were usually disturbing and I woke up feeling very shaken and powerless. So I started going right back to sleep to right what happened wrong in the dream. As time progressed I learned that I didn't have to wait to wake back up to control the dream I could do it while I was still asleep. I will have to try and create my own scenarios and storylines from the beginning. That may be the best practice place for real life.
