Make Him Salivate This Weekend

What gets hard, round, and sticks out when your man hasn’t had any all day?
His stomach! When a person doesn’t eat they retain gas, and can feel bloated. They need food. You can fix that right away.
Recently, I was talking to a girlfriend who was excited about having her new man over for the first time and cooking for him.
As she proceeded to tell me the laundry list of things she needed to do to prepare this extravagant meal, I thought why she was going through so much trouble to make a special meal for a non-special occasion. Especially since she can’t really cook. It wasn’t their anniversary or his birthday. It was just another date but in-house.
So I decided to let her in on a little well-known secret. Men will eat just about anything as long as you make it! Just make it very tasty. If he likes beef, make him hamburgers. If he likes turkey, make him a sandwich. If he likes pasta, make him spaghetti and meatballs. Add your own little twist and keep him coming back for more of your “home cookin”. Don’t go overboard the first time you decide to cook for your man, unless you plan to keep it going for the rest of the relationship.
One of my favorites that is quick and very easy for the busy Alphanista is a Manly Man Sandwich!
Ingredients:
1 Whole grain baguette
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 medium tomato sliced
1 lb. turkey, ham or roast beef sliced from your local deli
1 1/2 tsp. mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp. Nance’s Sharp and Creamy Mustard (secret ingredient)
1/4 lb. smoked gouda cheese sliced
salt and pepper tt
Directions:
Lightly toast the baguette then spread the mayo and mustard on the bread.
Heat skillet and place sliced deli meat and cheese in the pan. Heat until cheese is melted. Once melted, place evenly into the bread. Put lettuce and tomato on top and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Enjoy!
