There are several careers that’ll have you mixing and mingling with hi profile folks in no time. Some folks are resigned to the office job, but for those that like to socialize and revel in our capitalist ideals of “who you know, not what you know”, it’s about building relationships.
It starts at schools like Sidwell (Obama girls go there) and continues post-college. But if you never had the chance when you were younger, there’s still an opportunity to get new skills and challenge yourself around new environments.
Ever wondered why that leggy, 6 foot tall, modelesque beauty is showing apartments on the Upper East Side? She’s not a part of building’s welcoming committee!
Below are some professions that aren’t too grinding (I mean, 9-5 wise) and can “help” you:
–Selling hi-end residential real estate
–Selling private jets or chartering private jets
–Receptionist at hi end art gallery or luxury car showroom
–Publicist/Personal Assistant to Hi Profile Couple or Individual
–Modeling
–Flight Attendant
–Part time work at non profits
–Ski instructor in Aspen

Well Jewish community centers are pretty much recreational facilities, much like Bally’s. If your not put off by the looks of Orthodox Jews, I think it’s a pretty unconventional place to find rich men!

Another great way to hob-nob with the wealthy is to work in Country clubs and Jewish community centers. Maybe start your own cleaning company and try to secure contracts with high end clients.
I think once you are out of college its hard to get back in all these professions are good if you know how to work it! You gotta work it! Or it’s just another job. Mine was as a publicist went to alot of events met people, and that job got me a personal assistant job to a celeb and I am doing well. I NEVER interview!
