Alphanista 2011 Valentine’s Survival List

February 10, 2010

Our resident Alphanista, Tameka Raymond will be alone this Vday, so you are not alone!

Our resident Alphanista, Tameka Raymond will be on her own this Vday, so you've got company!

Okay, so you may be alone this year.

Whether you broke up, never met,  won’t do, have never, it all boils down to you being alone this V-day.  But it is never too late to plan for next year’s.  An alpha female plans ahead!  One moment nothing is happening, then it all happens at once.  As long as you click and get one of these books, that is ;)   I’ve read them all.  There’s something for every gal.  Consider them approved!

1)  Will The Real Women Please Stand Up! Uncommon Sense About Self-Esteem, Self-Discovery, Sex, and Sensuality (If you want to be an early 1960s mistress or mistress/wife, this is the book for you. The author, a businesswoman and sex educator, promises to tell the reader how to find men, attain fabulous breasts, have women at one’s feet without being a lesbian…)

2) Get Serious About Getting Married: 365 Proven Ways to Find Love in Less Than a Year

3) How to Get Married in a Year or Less

4)  French Women Don’t Sleep Alone

5) Calling in “The One”: 7 Weeks to Attract the Love of Your Life

6)  9 Tuesdays: The Let Go Plan To Bring In Your Soulmate

7) Women Have All The Power. Too Bad They Don’t Know It

8) Play or Be Played: What Every Female Should Know About Men, Dating, and Relationships

9) 10 Secrets About Men

10) The Great Margarita Book (you’ll need something to sip on as you read and learn, right?)

(P.S.  If you don’t know why Tameka is an Alphanista, you need to read how she made the ultimate coup. We need to see what she does next post-Usher. That is the true test.  No nomination into the Alphanista Hall of Fame as of yet.)

#1 and 2 are on the must read list.
Going to read #4, my curiosity has the best of me on this one- plus I am reading “French Women Don’t Get Fat “this weekend.
#7- has a good title but I read the description and it sounds a bit Steve Harvey-ish ( read: old school + heavy on traditional gender roles) IDK, I’ll see if I can track it down on ebay or something.
Read #8 as well, I am not this author’s biggest fan but he has some good points in there.
#9- I got one this dude’s ebooks, no need for further purchases.

#10- I def must get purchase because I love Margaritas even though if you don’t watch it, they can DESTROY your caloric intake/ waistline. LMAO!

    Read #9 and #10….MUST HAVES!
I got #10 about 3-4 years ago but I was still in Beta state of mind! Of course I had to re-read and re-read once I became an Alphanista and men/things have never been the same! :)

Will definitely add #1 to the list!

Got something to say?
