5 Reasons You DO NOT Need A Man!

With all the talk of single women doing it for themselves, I just had to pay homage to them.  Stuck deep in a river called “The Nile.”  But anyway, they know what they want, right?  Check out the reasons why you do not need a man:

1) You don’t have any eggs that need to be fertilized

2) You can lift a 250 pound box without blinking or fend of a 200 pound attacker with one look

3)  You can pleasure yourself by using a talking, tongue kissing, position changing vibrator

4)  You can watch 3 back to back football games and remember the exact points and teams that played

5) You live in a cement covered home that never needs any repair, fixing or repainting

So, there, single ladies.  You are exactly where you need to be.  Who needs a man! <insert sarcasm here>

Lourdes is a nurse and  lives in Brooklyn, NY.  She recently became single.

Ive been single before and how long does one really need to pamper and reflect? I am single again and will not be single for long! And why do I need therapy I am only saying what women really feel.

Oh Lourdes sounds like your Bitter Single Friends have been whispering Nonsense in your ears. That’s probably what prompted this sarcastic post. Well at least you haven’t drunk the Kool-Aid and know what you want. However, there are women that feel like if they don’t have a man then they have no value. That’s a sad thing. Take this time being single as an opportunity to just focus on yourself with pampering and self reflection. G’luck and G’nite

    Love, EbonyLolita 😉

Interesting, just posed question to folks asking do you choose what you want or what you need. Been getting some interesting responses. I think everyone differs in how they weigh options of need versus wants and not only in relationships. This tidbit while at the same time humourous, is enlightening. We as single woman must always evaluate our desires, wants and needs according to the place we are in our lives. If you did not see Tyler Perry’s I Can Do Bad All By Myself yet it is worth watching. Single, independence should not equal loneliness or bitterness, this singledom is new to Lourdes and she will be alright in the end. 🙂

Eww, hate the title. I need a man not a husband. Girl you tripping —-> LOL. Take this as a joke. At the same time, you may need a therapy seesion. (Pretty name by the way.)
