When you spend a little or a lot you want your money’s worth plus all the extras. You want the tan, the stories, the great hotel, and the delish food. An Alphanista travels where no other woman dares. Places that are different, mysterious, and make her the center of attention. She’s no stranger to being the only Black, White, or Other person in the room. She ventures far and wide. None of these are so overdone that people will yawn when you mention it, especially those out of the country. I haven’t been all over the world, but I approve these:
1. Bimini (Just for the name itself!, It’s actually an island of the Bahamas)
2. Dubai (Save for this, but there are deals, the Russian girls make for stiff competition…)
3. Oak Bluffs, Martha’s Vineyard, Mass. (My favorite destination, lots of rich history, seafood, and cute cottage accommodations. You’ll see everyone from a previous President to a movie mogul.)
4. Australia (Just because…LOL, Perth, Sydney)
5. Capri (an Italian island, if you don’t come back with a husband/sugar daddy after that, I don’t know what to tell you!)
Any of these destinations will be perfect fodder for your summer cocktail parties. Bon voyage!
I’m willing to go to Bimini, Australia and Capri. I can’t even mess with Dubai unless I get a “benefactor”. Dubai is for millionaires and I don’t want to do that type of place on any type of budget. Dubai is a “go hard or go home.” So…..Imma work on it. *dashing to JFK w/ my passport*

Although its not mysterious (any longer) it is a place that is different where you will certainly be the center of attention…be sure to throw around your “American Accent’ and know a bit of conversational french and ladies its ON!
